Lovely stay in the centre of Cherbourg

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. A few flights of stairs to the apartment. We didnt mind but useful to know if youre not too nimble on your feet!

The front door to the block of apartments sticks a bit and did make it a bit difficult to get in when we arrived. This was fine once we had a key we could use instead of the code.

A mixture of good and poor.

The location is excellent.

Found the kitchen disappointingly equipped. No basics like salt, pepper, olive oil. The bathroom had no soap. It's these little touches that make a self catering stay much more enjoyable. In addition I wasn't impressed with the one page of instructions on cleaning the apartment before I left. I have no problem leaving a place I stay in tidy but I draw the line at vacuuming, changing the bed, emptying the rubbish. Charge me less if you want me to clean your letting!!

The property was tastefully decorated in a modern style, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a perfect location in the town centre.

The stairs could be a problem if not able bodied but was worth the climb for the fantastic accommodation.

Everything was as advertised and we had minimal problems.

Given the hot weather, some air conditioning or a fan would have been useful. A lift in the building would also have helped as we had to carry a pushchair up 3 flights of narrow stairs. Aside from that it was perfect.

Location - decor - facilities - amazingly quiet for the area - WiFi - Netflix - very clean - shops close by - bus stop a block away.....what more can one ask, much better than the B&B Hotels I've been to in Cherbourg - it's a self-catering apartment, so no brekkies, just a stroll away?

The quality of the linen was poor. Effectively a double mattress, but without a deep fitted sheet, kept slipping off. Pillows were basic and not of a good quality. I ended up spending 70+ Euros on a suitably sized bedding set. To be fair, Samuel offered to pay for them, but as they were 100% (300) cotton, I decided to keep the set. The entrance to the apartment is via a vertical spiral staircase - just be wary of bringing a LARGE suitcase, you may struggle going up and down?

Amazing apartment in the middle of the city centre. Incredibly big an comfortable, the living room/kitchen is very modern and nice decorations. They provide the apartment with absolutely anything you could need from eating to washing, etc.

L'arrivée autonome Le top du top . Appartement lumineux et spacieux au centre Cherbourg. Toujours de là place au Parking qui se trouve à 5 mn au bord du port gratuit. Le soir à partir de 18h 1€ jusqu'à 9h du matin (50m de l'appartement). Tout commerces à proximité Propreté impeccable Lit confortable Bon équipement de la cuisine. Salle de bain impeccable avec lave-linge Appartement se situe au 3 e étage RAS, et surtout un hôte très disponible et une très bonne communication.

Etape confortable au coeur historique de Cherbourg

L"appartement est idéalement placé dans une ruelle calme du coeur historique de la ville, à proximité de tous les points d'intérêt. Il est spacieux, bien éclairé et contient tous les équipements (cuisine et salle de bain) pour y passer un séjour autonome. La télévision et le wifi fonctionnent parfaitement et tout est en très bon état.

L'accès est un peu difficile lorsqu'on arrive avec de nombreux bagages puisqu'on accède à l'appartement qui se trouve au 3ème étage par un escalier de phare... Nous avons pu mettre nos vélos à l'abri, quoique dans un couloir assez étroit à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Ce n'était pas idéal pour nos lourds VAE et ça a dû gêner quelques locataires mais nous étions tout de même contents de mettre nos vélos en sécurité, la porte d'entrée étant protégée par un digicode.

Un havre de paix en plein centre ville. Très proche des lieux de visite.. Magnifique !

Très bel appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé en plein centre ville et très calme. Toutes commodités à proximité. Nombreuses visites effectuées de sites divers comme la cité de la mer, la rade, le port, le joli centre ville et des magnifiques sites naturels facilement accessibles.

Celà ne nous a pas dérangé mais attention à l'accès au troisième étage par un escalier en colimaçon assez étroit, il peut s'avérer compliqué pour certaines personnes. Le stationnement peut se faire à proximité, pas trop cher et gratuit de 19h à 8h30.

Le propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, l' appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, décoré avec gout et très spacieux. Nous sommes un couple avec un bébé , les équipements de l' appartement sont top pour recevoir un bébé. Superbe appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Les parkings en ville sont payants mais avec les horaires que nous avions il été très facile de s'y garer.

L accès à l' appartement n'est malheureusement pas très pratique, escalier raide et étroit.

Très beau logement en plein centre-ville !

Très bel appartement, tout à fait conforme à la description, situé en plein centre-ville (le parking payant à deux pas est vraiment très peu cher). Il est spacieux et bien agencé (on n'imaginait pas avoir autant d'espace !), très propre, l'équipement est complet. La chambre donne sur la cour intérieur, et on n'entend pas les éventuels bruits de la rue le soir ou la nuit. Yann est réactif et arrangeant. (à lire quelques commentaires précédents, il semble qu'il en tienne vraiment compte). PS : La pizzeria, en face de l'immeuble fait de très bonnes pizzas à emporter !... Sinon, il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Bref une adresse à retenir et à partager !

Le logement est calme et pourtant en plein centre de Cherbourg. Il y a une bonne boulangerie quasiment au pied de l'immeuble. Très bien équipé, spacieux. La litterie est confortable. Je recommande :)
