Location is at its best.
Staffs aren’t well prepare nor professional to welcome guests when comparing to other similar boutique hotels. I was offer to serve in room breakfast later than breakfast time by the hotel staff. I was waiting from 9.30 and no one knocked on my door until 10 mins before check out and to ask if i wanted breakfast. No one will have to time to finish breakfast within 10 mins. I really do expect your place to improve on common sense of staffs and communications.

Great location with a substantial breakfast. You could order dishes from a daily menu and they provided a buffet
with cereals, yoghurt, fruit and lovely bread. Coffee, tea and juice.

The river view room is quiet, spacious and has spectacular views over the Choa Praya River. We like their garden and the layout of the thai traditional wooden house. The cafe serves very good coffee and cakes. Also, there are many good eateries and restuarants nearby (along the roads}the residence which is within walking distant.
The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.
