Clean, convenient, Modern & the information was very clear

Everything was fine

The host is great with communication. The lady that came to clean outside and take the trash was very nice. We knew inside cleaning was left to us, which we prefer so the sleepy heads can sleep in. The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook basic meals (large fridge with freezer, stove top, rice cooker, electric kettle, crock pot, utensils, pots pans, dishes, microwave, etc.). Hot water, washing machine, toiletries, towels and more were included as well. A small market is on the corner, a place that sells inexpensive eggs on the next street, and a bakery/café nearby as well. Very close to a 7eleven and a BTS stop. A little bit of a walk to a larger grocery/shopping center (Lotus) . I'm older and larger and made it with little difficulty. We felt very safe walking around and staying there, and it wasn't far to drive or take the BTS to attractions. We rented a car, so it was nice having a place to park off the road as well.

The only negative could be that 2 of the rooms don't have wardrobes or dressers, but there's a coat rack and hangers, so the kids just used that and their suitcases. It really wasn't an issue for us, but it could be for some.
