It was near to the train station so easy to reach the cities nearby (we did a Puglia tour). Seaside in a reachable distance.
The room was equipped with an AC, fridge, some cooking tool, shampoo, shower gel.
The frame of the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but this depends on personal taste. The wall outlets are woobbly, so had to be careful when plugging out chargers. The waterpressure was fluctuating and on the last day of our stay there was no water at all.

The room was spacious and clean. Mostly the host replied to messages quite quickly. The bed was big and I slept fine. There is an air conditioner.
The room is like it has been built in a garage and doesn’t have any eye-level windows, which can be ok if just staying overnight. The host said there was a train 1km away to the airport, which is the reason I booked. However, I checked on arrival, and no trains were operating from that station when I went there. Even though close the the airport, Ubers are outrageously expensive. The water backed up quickly in the shower as the drain was blocked. There is no personal contact with the host, just by Booking.com messages. The power points are old style and all need adaptors. But it’s not an expensive option if you can accept or work these simple things out in advance.
