Ottima posizione e parcheggio!

La posizione è eccellente, vicinissima al lungomare, non bisogna neppure fare una salita troppo ripida e la strada è corta. Possiede il parcheggio (comodità a Saranda perché non se ne trova). La struttura è accogliente e per il prezzo è ottima!

Non ci tornerei

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e il lungomare, parcheggio disponibile e assolutamente fondamentale in una città così affollata.

Appartamento al quarto piano di un edificio senza ascensore, un po' scomodo se si hanno valigie da portare con sé. Nessun prodotto da bagno disponibile (nemmeno una mensola su cui appoggiare i propri), né detersivo per piatti e nemmeno un canovaccio (il detersivo però ce lo hanno procurato quando lo abbiamo richiesto). Il fornello elettrico ha solamente una piastra, decisamente scomodo se si è in più di una persona. Il lavandino nel piano cottura era inutilizzabile (usciva solo un goccio di acqua) e questo ha comportato per noi dover riempire la pentola per una semplice pasta in doccia o lavare le stoviglie in bagno..... Non disponibili nemmeno condimenti di base come sale/olio. Alcune lenzuola che avrebbero dovuto essere utilizzabili erano macchiate, probabilmente di sangue (noi fortunatamente non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, ma sarebbe stato tragico). La doccia non ha un box né una tenda, quindi il bagno si bagnerà ad ogni utilizzo. Dispone di un terrazzo grande quanto l'appartamento (con anche tavolino e sedie) ma completamente inutilizzabile perché troppo sporco. Per garantire un servizio sufficiente bisognerebbe avere più cura di alcuni servizi fondamentali.

Très bon emplacement l’appartement peux aller si vous ne voulez qu essayer de dormir

L’appartement est situé proche d’une plage et du centre L l’entrée du bâtiment sent bon le basilic il y en a partout L appartement est équipé uniquement d un réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas très bien (pas de kitchenette ni d évier)

L’appartement a un aspect propre si on ne regarde pas dans les recoins La salle de bain fait sale les wc sont dans la sallle de bain il n y a pas de protection autour de la douche du coup quand vous vous lavez vous mouillez toute la salle de bain Les prises de courant sont cassées L’accueil a été fait pas une très jeune adolescente nous n’avons pas vu les propriétaires Pas de climatisation dans la chambre Appartement assez bruyant car situé dans une passante

W sam raz na krótki pobyt

Mieszkanie znajduje się w centrum, bardzo blisko aby się dostać tam na pieszo z portu czy miejsca gdzie przyjeżdżają autobusy. W najbliższej okolicy jest promenada, są sklepy i restauracje więc jest gdzie pójść na śniadanie czy obiad. Samo mieszkanie jest malutkie więc trzeba być przygotowanym ze w dwie osoby trzeba się przeciskać aby dostać się do łazienki. Ale na krótki pobyt w sam raz, jest wygodne łóżko, łazienka i lodówka. Właścicielka bardzo miła.

Warto z wyprzedzeniem dać znać o której się będzie aby właścicielka mogła na czas dotrzeć do mieszkania i dać klucze.

Πολύ κοντινή τοποθεσία. Παρκάραμε μέσα στην αυλή. καλή τιμή για τα λίγα που προσέφερε.

ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ μικρό δωμάτιο. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε απλά μια κουρτίνα για να κάνεις ντουζ δεν υπήρχε καν ειδικός χώρος για ντουζ με αποτέλεσμα να μεταφέρονται τα νερά σε όλο το μπάνιο. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχαν προϊόντα περιποίησης.

Como dijo un viajero que me precedió, me tocó una habitación prevista para 2 personas que queda muy estrecha aún para una. Lo peor es estar siempre con luz eléctrica ya que si abres cortinas quedas enfrentado al apartamento de enfrente. Con altas temperaturas debes estar siempre con aire acondicionado y no puedes recibir aire exterior Esto tanto en baño como en la habitación. Es un detalle para el que va a estar un plazo prolongado Si duermes contra la pared tienes que pasar por encima del otro si quiere salir o levantarlo Es para una sola persona
