Amazing view and location.

Very spacious, modern and comfortable apartment. Spacious balcony with amazing view to city and sea. Excelent location, almost in city center and few minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here! If we will visit Saranda again, we definitely will stay here!

Balcony... great for summer nights, great view. Well proportioned unit with plenty of living space and plentifull wardrobe storage. Clean tiled floors, functional kitchen, good size fridge.

Lift is private, but a bit claustrophobic and temperamental... did not always work from ground floor up :/ Shower is a bit of a creative solution, so its almost impossible to shower without making the whole bathroom wet.

Best choice for staying in Saranda

The apartment is really spacious, perfectly furnitured, with a big terrace (too big to call it just a balcony) and a fantastic view of the Saranda harbour. The cleanliness and availability of all the facilities make you feel at home immediately after entering the apartment. Overall, it is much better in reality than it looks on the photos. Vasilis is very helpful and super polite. The location is perfect. The promenade, the best restaurants and a couple of supermarkets are all at 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Anyone travelling by car will highly appreciate the availability of the parking lot, which is extremely helpful when you live in such an attractive central area. We traveled as a family of four and this two-bedroom apartment was a super comfortable accommodation for us.

The elevator in the building was "capricious" sometimes, but it is not the fault of the host. The apartment itself was impeccable.

El chico que nos recibió fue extremadamente amable; dándonos recomendaciones de lugares y restaurantes para visitar. El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo. Tiene cocina e implementos para cocinar, una terraza bellísima con una mesita para desayunar o cenar y con una vista al mar espectacular. Por la noche hubo fuegos artificiales y pudimos verlo desde allí.

Quizás el tema del aire acondicionado que sólo se encuentra en el salón, por la noche las habitaciones se calentaban un poco, pero durmiendo con las puertas abiertas, se soluciona sin problema.
