Great stay to explore sarande and nearby surroundings

Location is superb. Direct see and public beach access, although it is next to the port from where the ferry leaves. Parking is easy at the premises of the port, just 200 meters from the place.

Be ready for an overly friendly housekeeper. Don’t get me wrong, she is great and friendly, but sometimes it is a bit too much.

Perfect trip

Everything but the location was the main stand out. Right on the waterfront but in a quiet part where it was still peaceful. Beautifully set up room and the shower was unreal.

Excellent everything

Our stay at this accommodation was excellent. Everything was clean, tidy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect close to everything, yet in a quiet area with no noise, ideal for relaxing. The sea views were absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were very attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. We especially want to highlight Mimi, the cleaning lady she is lovely, kind, and incredibly helpful. Truly a wonderful person! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back soon. My whole family was very happy during our stay.

The location was perfect; close to the ferry terminal and the restaurants yet quiet and peaceful. Clean and comfortable.

Waterfront stay

The front patio was nice and cozy. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was nice and comfortable. Communication with the host was also great, she was very prompt to respond. Easy check in as well.

There is an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom, it never went away in the 2 nights we were there. We had to buy an airfreshner at the market and we are constantly spraying the bathroom every time we enter. It made the stay not so enjoyable when we were indoors. We stayed out most of the day but coming back to an awful smell was not enjoyable. I read other reviews about the smell before and I thought it would be fixed when it's our turn but not so the case.

Perfect holiday stay in Saranda.

The room was very clean and comfortable and in a great location, at the end of the boardwalk. Great views too, you can see the whole harbour and city from the porch. We loved that you walked out from the room directly onto the boardwalk, steps from the sea.

There was ample parking at the port nearby, but it wasn’t free as listed. The daily fee is 5 euros.

Lovely spot, clean room, very comfortable.

The property was well located, right next to the ferry port. It was also spacious and very clean with everything we needed. The shower was great and it had a good washer and dryer.

There was no check-in instructions prior to arrival so we had to ask the cleaning lady how to check in.

Kurzurlaub mit Ausblick

Es gibt die Möglichkeit unmittelbar vor der eigenen Apartmenttüre zu schwimmen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte sehr unkompliziert und kontaktlos. Das Apartment ist genau so wie auf den Fotos gezeigt und liegt sehr zentral.

Alles war super, nur eine Kleinigkeit: wir waren 4 Personen, es wurden jedoch nur 3 Kaffeekapseln zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles andere war phänomenal.

מיקום מצויין הגענו היתה מנקה מאד נחמדה אבל פה התחילה הבעיה המכונת כביסה עבדה הוצאנו את הסמרטוטים ותלינו על הגדר שנשארו עד למחרת בבוקר. במקלחת ריח של טחב ראש המקלחת הגדול לא עבד כמו שצריך. הספה לא נוחה נתפס הצוואר. ספוט בתקרה יצא מהמקום . המקרר לא היה במצב קירור השתיה שקנינו נשארה חמה עד שהעברנו למצב on. מבחינת הצוות נחמדים ענו על כל בעיה דיי מהר אבל בגדול שילמתי פחות ולנתי במקומות טובים וחדשים יותר בפחות כסף

Deux jours sympa en bord de mer

Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit. Gleich am Promenade neben dem Hafen. Wir waren nur ein Wochenende da, somit hat es gepasst. Wir haben den kleinen Strand in der Nähe nicht benutzt da wir eher nach Ksamil o.ä. gefahren sind und können es nicht wirklich beurteilen. Aber es war ruhig da es kein Hochsaison war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat gut geklappt. Sie waren sogar um Mitternacht erreichbar. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Große Dusche. Wir haben „Adam & Eve“ weiterempfohlen!

Dass Frühstück und Parken im Preis nicht inkludiert waren. Online steht zwar die Info dass Parken möglich sei aber die Info dass zusätzliche Kosten anfallen leider nicht. Man müsste extra das Kommentar von jmd anderen lesen um es zu erfahren. Das Parken ist im Hafen in der Nähe. Am besten Gepäck vor dem Hotel auspacken damit ihr es nicht vom Hafen bis Hotel tragen müsst.

DECEVANT

Globalement le soin apporté à la décoration.

Globalement un séjour très moyennement satisfaisant gâché par la difficulté de trouver l’appartement et le parking (évoque dans la présentation mais dont l’emplacement ne nous a pas été communiqué malgré un mail de demande préalable la veille, mail resté sans réponse). Heureusement nous avons rencontré la personne en charge du ménage des appartements qui nous a mis en contact téléphonique avec la responsable arrogante qui dans un anglais plus que passable ne nous a pas renseignés. L’appartement est tout particulièrement propre et pimpant, seul problème comme pour le parking pas d’Indications pour l’Utilisation des 5 télécommandes que nous avons trouvé sur place MAIS UN FEUILLE COMPLETE DECRIVANT TOUT CE QUI EST INTERDIT OU QUI POURRAIT ETRE REPROCHE AU CLIENT....... Bref beaucoup d'énergie à taper sur le client très peu a l'aider dans son séjour; Petit détail, il était mentionné dans le descriptif un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, en fait il y a un seul appareil bi fonctions ET C’EST TOTALEMENT DIFFÉRENT DANS L’UTILISATION et qui plus est la fonction sèche-linge est nulle, là aussi pas de mode d’emploi. Cerise sur le gâteau, suite à un appel le dimanche matin vers 8h30 / 9h demandant un règlement le jour même (ma carte de garantie volée entre temps ne permettant un paiement direct) la personne nous demanda de l’attendre pour une arrivé sous une heure, elle arriva deux heures et demi après avec comme excuse le fait qu’elle avait un enfant en bas âge avec elle qui la ralentissait……… une demi matinée de perdue à attendre… POINT IMPORTANT L’accès à la suite implique plusieurs dizaines de marches a escalader ou descendre d’un escalier public sans rampe, intéressant pour nous à plus de 70 ans. En bref un MAGNIFIQUE outil totalement gâché par le manque de détails et d’explications et de son apporté à faciliter le séjour d’où de multiples petits problèmes ; qui gâchent un séjour qui aurait dû être super ET NE l’a pas été.

De ligging

Er mag meer kastruimte zijn. We leefden nu een week vanuit onze koffer, er was voor 4 personen 1 ophanggedeelte en een plank om iets op te leggen.
