Zentrale Lage, Ausstattung, nahe an der Metro, freundliches Personal am Empfang
Der Duschablauf muss dringend gereinigt werden, wenn man das Gitter abhebt, weil das Wasser nicht gut abläuft, sind darunter viele Haare.
Sehr viel Lärm von den umliegenden Baustellen (24/7)

The easy way for check in and out. Everything was clean and organized.
I had to go to the apartment for take the card parking access and the building don’t have much parking so it was a challenge. There was not enough water bottles (just 2 and we are 3 people, as same for the toilet paper). It is not cheap at least to provide water and toilet paper for the customers.

Good location, comfortable bed.
Humid apartment, carpets could be cleaner. Gym floors were also questionable, and pretty small gym.
We were informed of some leak in the small bathroom 24h prior of our cancellation window, and although they suggested it was fixed, after the first night we had the same issue as the previous tenant.
The management of the building sent staff to inspect, prior of me authorizing/agreeing to the time.
Overall, okay experience, that's why 7/10.

locatia e buna datorita zonei si etajului, dar per ansamblu este supraevaluata. in afara de priveliste, pretul nu reflecta realitatea
se cere de la oaspeti taxa pentru curatenie 300lei, ceea nu e normal si nu am intalnit nicaieri. ce promite in descriere nu e conform cu realitatea, piscina, jacuzii / cada cu hidromasaj nu sunt ale lor, sunt ale complexului. piscinele interioare si jacuzzi sunt separate barbati-femei :( , prosoapele oferite in camera vai de mama lor, apartamentul este supraevaluat si are o gramada de probleme
