Excellent location, very reasonably priced and clean. Would stay again. Parking space also provided.
Apartment was a little bit dusty with a damp smell sometimes and wifi was not extremely fast. But other than that everything was excellent.

The views were amazing and apartment was a great size.Nice and light and masses of storage space.Television had the usual apps which was good if we wanted to watch something at night rather than go out.
Loved watching the skydivers every day from living room window whilst having breakfast.
Really great location close to Dubai Marina.
Taxis always available outside apartment building.
Carrefour on corner and Marina Kitchen would definitely recommend!
It was in need of a bit of decoration but the building itself has been built for some time now

+ Nice kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and all cutlery
+ nice gym in the building
+ parking included
+ Carrefour supermarket around the corner
- there was some wear & tear on the apartment, shower section floor etc
- very small pool

Great views
Musty damp smell and both bathroom sinks blocked . Flat needs some attention to detail- shower drainage fitting is lifted from the floor in the shower . Bedroom Furniture could do with updating - stains on top of drawer unit and metal bedside table feels like it belongs more in an office . For the price we expected more
