Perfect if you’re looking to stay close to the airport..Everything you need is right here,the room was spacious, well-arranged, and had all the necessary amenities, great breakfast too..The staff were really kind and helpful..They also have an in house restaurant, so you don’t even have to step out for food..room service makes everything super convenient
The only downside was the airport taxi…I asked the reception about a cab and they quoted 800inr something and then changed to nearly 1000inr, even though the airport is just about 6 minutes away…I checked the GoaMiles app and got a ride for around 300rs instead…So honestly, I didn’t really understand the logic behind that pricing

Really friendly and helpful staff. The buffet dinner was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options. Early check-in was willingly accommodated and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The location was convenient for me.
The bedsheets and pillowcase were not changed which was unacceptable. The poor housekeeping issue is a management/supervisory issue. This was a serious lapse but no senior person came to check inspite of being informed. Second day there was a bad smell in the bathroom and huge sound from the extractor. Solved after a few hours. Next day again a bad smell. Disappointing stay.
