    The hotel was good just the power supply was getting cut off frequently through out the stay

    AC in the room was not working Changed room twice but same situation. Other customers were complaining about AC issue, no service staff, not cleaned rooms, TV not working. For any issue have to call reception 8-10 times. Very pathetic service

    We weren’t even provided with toiletries in the hotel. They didn’t even have spoons to feed the kid. The bed sheets were stained. The washroom didn’t even have toilet papers. Bad quality in terms of everything.
