Location, size, cleanliness and the surrounding facilities e.g. restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
Having to request and pay for additional cleaning. Our stay was over 3 weeks and unless arranged by us there would not have been a clean. We were also required to pay for each clean requested. If the property had a turn over of guests the place would have been cleaned after each had left. We were asking for a weekly clean and change of bedding and towels and were told ‘we are not a hotel’.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und ein klarer Pluspunkt. Die sehr zentrale Umgebung ist ideal für einen Städtetrip. Ebenfalls vorteilhaft ist der vorhandene Parkplatz, auch wenn dieser sehr schmal ist und die Einfahrt in die Garage etwas anspruchsvoll ist.
Das Bett entsprach nicht der angegebenen Größe (151–180 cm), sondern war eher ca. 140 cm breit. Der kleine Glastisch im Wohnzimmer ist aus unserer Sicht wenig geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Zudem lassen sich die Türen in der Wohnung nicht leise öffnen oder schließen. Im Kinderzimmer fehlte eine Nachttischlampe, und das zweite Bett ist sehr wackelig. Mit einigen Verbesserungen ließe sich der Komfort der Unterkunft deutlich steigern, insbesondere für Familien.
