La ubicación,además, el piso,tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda.Aunque es un bajo que da a una calle ,el tráfico es restringido y no pasaban muchos coches y es una zona tranquila .

La ubicación si vas a ver los patios de Córdoba, estas en el mismo barrio de la ruta de patios más importante y cerca de la mezquita.
Todo estaba bien a nivel general apartamento acogedor, pero la limpieza fue deficiente el sofá tiene polvo, no se aspiro hace mucho tiempo, además de que no es muy cómodo, dudo mucho que para dormir tampoco lo sea. En el suelo había pelos, había moho detrás de ciertos muebles, por ejemplo en el dormitorio detrás de la estantería de la esquina de la ventana, en el techo del baño, etc. Hay que tener en cuenta que es insalubre estar en donde hay moho viviendo y esto deberia poner medidas para corregirlo el dueño.
