Apartamento céntrico urbano con terraza

L'appart se mérite après 3 étages à pieds - spacieux, lumineux, propre. Bien situé avec nécessités de commerce à côté. Centre d’intérêt à 1km. Quartier animé mais calme le soir. Parking public gratuit mais pas évident de trouver une place. Peut-être, aller vers le numéro 1, il y a une allée, moins d’habitants donc plus de places ?

Géré par une société donc il faut les contacter et attendre les indications pour pouvoir rentrer à 15min juste avant l’heure indiquée. Ils sont accueillants au téléphone mais doivent avoir beaucoup à gérer Un étendoir serait bienvenu

Big bright spacious apartment. Newly refurbished. Great location. Comfortable bed. Dog friendly. Meeting Jorge who helped us with parking was excellent and he gave us loads of suggestions for places to eat and see around the city and close to the apartment.

The water heater is very small, and you cannot take a shower with out stopping the water whilst you are soaping or shampooing to keep some warm water. Even though there are signs in the bathroom about the water heater being small, we were not expecting it to be that small. Considering the flat is newly renovated, the water heater should have been upgraded. There was no kettle on the kitchen, but otherwise fully equipped. The door of the apartment stuck and it was hard to open the door most of the time. Also maybe we didn’t read carefully, but it is a 3rd floor walk up which with a suitcase and small dogs was not what we were expecting. Communication over all needs to improve, they are good at sending out basic messages but not with customer service, I had to call someone to confirm parking despite having asked multiple times for it to be confirmed before we arrived. Also the flat next door is vacant and the pigeons have taken over the balcony which wouldn’t be a problem, however the balcony of this apartment was covered in bird poo which we had to sweep away before we could enjoy the balcony.

Me encanta es muy cómodo

Ubicación, bien decorado y con todo lo necesario. Fue una estancia bastante buena.

La taza del baño estaba con pis a nuestra llegada, algo de polvo de hace tiempo sin limpiarlo y bajo la cafetera, al moverla para cambiar el agua había restos de café. Pero lo peor, fue que les envié una foto del wc con el pis y no fueron capaces de pedir una sola disculpa. Eso me molestó aún más.
