Großzügiger Schnitt der Wohnung, viele große Fenster, helles, großes und modernes Badezimmer, großer Flur, Sauberkeit, Verkehrsanbindung, Restaurants in der Nähe, schöne Straßen mit vielen Häusern aus vergangenen Zeiten mit sehr gut erhaltenen Fassaden.
Die Wohnung ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet. So fehlt es z. B. in den Schlafzimmern an Ablagefläche. Da würde ein Stuhl schon reichen. Das gilt auch für das Badezimmer. Die Schlüsselbox ist ungünstig unter den Briefkästen angebracht. Man muss in die Hocke gehen, um sie zu öffnen. Für mich kein Problem, aber nicht jedermanns Sache. Es fehlt außerdem Licht, um die kleinen Zahlen auf dem Schloss erkennen zu können. Besonders bei schlechtem Wetter sehr ärgerlich.

Zentrale Lage, großzügige Räume mit enorm viel Platz, modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet.
Es war sehr kalt als wir ankamen. Aufgrund der hohen Altbauräume dauerte es entsprechend lange bis die Wohnung temperiert war.
