We liked it really much, easy access with the keybox, we had everthing necessary covered. Neat, baby-friendly apartment with all utensils covered, even toys, books etc... for the little one. Great to know the location for future visits.

We only stayed for 2 nights and spent the most of the time in the city. I can imagine this place serves well for even longer visits.

The place is really well furnished, pretty, clean, and has great natural light and view. There's a nice little terrace. The parking is a plus. The access is like a treasure hunt but the information provided by the host prior to arrival is extensive and very detailed, also for visiting and tourism. The neighbourhood is safe.

This place would have had a 10 if the internet connection had worked properly. There was a misunderstanding in the communication: the provider had a breakdown on the day of arrival, but when the breakdown was over, the WLAN was still not functional. The host realised on the last day the local system needed a reboot. As I was staying that week for work, this was really an annoying problem for me and I ended spending money on roaming data.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und zügig. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, was das Parken sehr angenehm macht. Die Wohnung ist von der Tiefgarage aus mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Die komplette Wohnung ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet: es gibt Steckdosenschutz, Spielzeug und sogar einen Wickelplatz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Tee- und Kaffeezubehör und auch Gewürze und Öle sind vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe.

Die Wohnung scheint sich aktuell noch in Renovierung zu befinden. Im Badezimmer fehlt die komplette Türzarge, sodass die Wand offen ist. Oberflächlich scheint die Wohnung sauber, leider wurde jedoch im Detail nicht gut gereinigt (Spinnwebe an der Decke, verklebte Lichtschalter, Toilette nicht ganz sauber). Die Wäsche des Vormieters wurde auf einem Wäscheständer im Wohnzimmer getrocknet. So erwartete uns bei Ankunft ein tropisches Klima, zwei Stühle konnten durch den Wäscheständer nicht benutzt werden und auch vor dem Hintergrund der Hygiene empfanden wir dieses Vorgehen als fragwürdig, da so nicht sichergestellt werden kann, dass die gewaschene Wäsche auch tatsächlich sauber bleibt.

Lage war gut. Tiefgaragen Parkplatz.

Provisorische Tür zum Bad mit Verletzungsgefahr. Schon relativ abgenutzt. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Weg von Tiefgarage schwierig zu finden und Beschreibung nicht ganz eindeutig.
