Lovely big property
Quite expensive for one night . Wasn’t sent the access code had to chase the owner after arrived. But got sorted in the end.

The complementary bread, butter milk and cake was very kind. It’s spacious and generally clean Parking was easy
The key lock didn’t take the code we were sent. Opened it by chance! The upper floor shower didn’t get hot We had to service and give the coffee machine a good clean to make it work

The house was very well equipped and was beautifully put together with the decor and furnishings, not the usual rental property. Very colourful and it felt much more like a home. The children made good use of the games room in the garden which was a lovely bonus. The bread milk and butter were a very welcoming and useful touch.
The property was beautifully clean apart from a couple of stained carpets which let the side down a little in an otherwise outstanding property.

Great communal spaces, with simple and classy decor throughout the property. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of crockery etc for all guests. Our host, Alice, was helpful and communicative whenever we needed her. Plenty of space for our family group of 8 adults and 1 child to socialise and unwind. Short walking distance to nearby pubs and small supermarkets.
Just a couple of small niggles like the coffee machine needing routine maintenance during our stay, nowhere to store coats and shoes in the hallway, and some signs of incomplete cleaning between bookings. The battery powered lights and rechargeable bulbs in some of the wall lights confused some of the older members of our party too!
