The communication from Kim & Abi was exceptional, professional and friendly. The property was spotless and very comfortable. Walk across the road and you’re on the beach. We took a stroll to the pier and had a really decent meal at “Pearch on the Pier” with a great view of the sea. All in all a really enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Great place for large family stay in Worthing, overlooking the beach. The accommodation is light, spacious, clean and very well equipped and exactly as shown in all the photographs. There are astroturf gardens at front and rear, both with comfortable garden furniture so plenty of space to relax - and the hot tub is a bonus. We went with small children - the cot, high chair and stair gate were great, and we were delighted to find some toys and games provided. Kim is a great host and quickly answered a couple of queries - thank you. Highly recommend and will book again.

Right on the beach, just across the road in fact, dog friendly
Main bedroom bathroom has bath without shower screen. Paying extra £100 per dog when there is nothing extra to do for having a dog there.
