The homeowner, Riccardo, contacted us before our arrival. He asked when we would be arriving and greeted us. He had already turned on the air conditioning to cool the apartment. The apartment is very clean, airy, has air conditioning, and a washing machine and dishwasher. It's well-maintained, spacious, with high ceilings, and has everything you might need. He thought of our needs in great detail. He put 20 liters of water in the refrigerator for us. The internet was poor, but he bought a new router and replaced it with new ones the same day, and now we have super fast internet. It's a 10-12 minute walk to Verona train station and a 20-25 minute walk to the city center. We thank him for his attention and this wonderful stay. We hope to see you again.

The host was very helpful and as we were staying during a heatwave, he was responsive to our requests for fans. The fans helped a lot to move the cool air into the bedrooms. The ability to have a parking spot was also very advantageous. The place is very clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Richie, the owner, was incredibly welcoming he sat down with us and explained everything about the place. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking, right down to little touches like salt , sugar , coffee and olive oil, and he even left us water on arrival. Nothing was missing. He took the time to show us around and make sure we had everything we needed, and it made the whole stay feel very homey and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!
