The accommodation is located right in the centre of Avola, which is very convenient. Access to the courtyard parking area is easiest when entering directly from the opposite street. The interior is pleasantly and creatively designed. During our December stay, the elevated bedroom was nicely warm, while the kitchen on the ground floor was cooler. On Sunday morning, you can hear the bells from a nearby church, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is very well equipped. Although there is no key box with a code, the check-in process was smooth, fully contactless, and arranged in advance with the host. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

On the first day, the indoor temperature was lower (around 15°C), but it was warmer the next day.

Mieszkanie jest czyste, nowe, bardzo ładne. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Było w nim wszystko co niezbędne do gotowania. Woda była gorąca. Zaraz pod drzwiami znajdował się parking. Jest to wewnętrzny dziedziniec, więc miejsce na auto zawsze było. Personel był wspaniały.

To nie był duże problemy, a bardziej specyfika lokalu. Trzeba być tego świadomym i tyle. 1) Nie mam tam okien, więc przewietrzyć można tylko otwierając drzwi. Ale jest klimatyzacja. 2) Łazienka nie ma wentylacji, więc zapachy roznoszą się po mieszkaniu. 3) Jeśli wcześnie rano sąsiad odjeżdża autem to słychać to w mieszkaniu. Ale tylko raz się to zdarzyło, włosi wcześnie nie wstają :) 4) Gdyby ktoś miał dużo plażowych ręczników, ubrań, do suszenia to jest to trudne bo jest ma balkonu lub okna. Nie ma pralki. To nie były dla nas problemy.
