Er is een super mooi dakterras aanwezig.
Er is geen slaapkamerdeur ivm lichtinval. Tip: een wasmachine zou een meerwaarde zijn zeker met zo’n groot dakterras.

La struttura piccola ma molto accogliente e confortevole terrazza panoramica estremamente bella con una vista veramente stupenda, tutto molto in ordine ed estremamente pulito i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, consiglio vivamente per chi mai volesse fermarsi ad Avola.

Pięknie urządzony apartament w spokojnej dzielnicy Avoli. Parking na ulicy bez problemu. W 17 minut można dojść do piaszczystej plaży, można tam również podjechać autem. W pobliżu można zrobić zakupy i dobrze zjeść. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposazony, pomimo zimy było w nim ciepło. Dużym plusem jest taras. Polecam jako bazę do wycieczek po okolicy.
