Upon arrival, we determined the caretakers apt was a bit too small for us. We contacted Melissa and she was very kind to move us to Cabin 10 - which was fabulous. We loved all the amenities: Easy to build a fire in private firepit, nice picnic table, used the bikes, so many kayaks available (too bad weather didnt cooperate for that one). Location was perfect - close walk to town, easy access to bike trail. A perfect spot for our couple of days in Wolfeboro. Thanks so much.
Caretaker apt quite small... Smaller than it looks in pictures. But Cabin 10 we moved to was great.

The property is in a great location and easy to find. There is a walking trail around the corner that brings you by a lake and to the quaint downtown. The host and staff are very kind and helpful. The cottage was perfect and met my needs. Everything was very clean. The grounds are very well maintained.
The only complaint I have is that other guests unfortunately did not follow the rules for quiet time. Guests at a cabin behind the cottage were outside well after midnight talking loudly which was disturbing as their voices carried in the quiet night.
