About this apartment rental
Summary:
Our 2 bedroom getaway is nestled in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro amidst shops and restaurants! We have a spacious two-bedroom with a living area and kitchen as well as one full bath. Come here with family or friends when looking to take a vacation. Water access at the end of the street! Brewster Beach is 0.6 miles away and has public access as well as lifeguards on duty!

What we provide:
-Complimentary roll of toilet paper
-Linens and towels - if you are staying for an extended time or prefer clean linens often, you may want to bring an extra set. We only change these when our guests complete their stay.
What to bring:
-Any additional cooking/kitchen materials and paper products (paper towels, napkins and toilet paper) as needed. Dishwasher pods.
-The studio is cleaned between each stay. However, longer term guests may bring any cleaning supplies and trash bags they wish to use.
-Coffee filters for the coffeepot.
-Any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.
*Please note the pull out couch is damaged and we are waiting for a replacement* 7/5/22; The couch itself is fully functional but does not pull out into a bed at this time.

The property itself hosts 3 apartments, the apartment itself is not shared with other guests at the location.

*All requests for early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability. Any granted request has a $25 associated fee and cannot be determined more than 48hours in advance. Any unauthorized late checkout will automatically be subject to a $25 penalty.*

Our concierge team is available for calls and replies online, however Maverick Suites does not employ 24hr staff on site. After hours calls are directed to an emergency answering service.

We have family that vacations in this area every year. This unit is so close to the lake and has modern amenities. We plan to book it again next year.

This is our 2nd year staying at the maverick apartment in Wolfeboro. If you can’t have a beach house on the lake, this is a great location for enjoying downtown Wolfeboro. You can walk to everything and the apartment is clean and pretty well stocked. While the apartment is on one level, there are 10 steps up to the entrance. We usually found parking but it can be a challenge. We bring a couple of extra frying pans—and only one closet has a rod. But the kitchen is efficient with new appliances. Small washer dryer terrific. AC is really effective. Spotlessly clean, WIFI spotty but two TVs with streaming. We love the apartment.

Cute. Great location. Clean. Just a bit sparsely resourced. Pots for cooking were yard sale specials with scratched off Teflon. No kitchen dish towels. Bare minimum dishes. No chair cushions for back porch. But despite these issues, we really liked the apartment and would rent it again.
