For the money spent, it was disappointing. Too cold.

The location was good, we were able to get the Metro vey easily and there were supermarkets around us, especially the large supermarket called Market. We had the opportunity to try MacDonalds and KFC in the same area. Very clean and two sleeper couches convenient. 👌

Not enough heating!!! We froze in the accommodation. Radiators in the rooms worked, but you had to close the doors to feel them. The lounge had no heating at all. Unfortunately no blankets except the doonas/duvets provided for each bed.

Location good, everything else bad.

Location was good, close to the Mairie de Montreuil metro station and shopping center / supermarket, restaurants etc. Two sinks in the bathroom was convenient.

- The rooms have damp, you can smell it as soon as you come in and there is no ventilation in some of the rooms. - There is nowhere to park outside, not even to drop things off for a short time. This makes picking up and dropping off the keys in the keybox difficult, not to mention unloading and loading the car. - There is nowhere to dry the dishes - even though I sent a message to the hosts for a dish cloth, I got no reply. There was also no washing up liquid. - There were no bin liners (good job we bought some ourselves) and the bin is broken. - Beds are uncomfortable. - The dining table and some of the chairs are unstable. - Generally, the place seems badly maintained and cheaply renovated.

Lovely apartment in a pleasant suburb convenient to Paris

Instructions for key pickup were precise. Video was included. It was close to the property and secure. The space was perfect for a family of 4 (possibly more for others). Since there was no air conditioner, we appreciated having fans in each bedroom. It was very close to the metro and there was an accessible lift/elevator for my mother to get to the train level. Many and various food and shopping options close too. Very friendly community. Convenient to Paris.

Would have been nice to also have a fan in the main common area for air flow and comfort. Entry is a bit awkward since the door sometimes sticks to the floor mat and catches on the curtains.

Good appartments with seperated rooms, great location, good price.

It is a well-equiped, clean apartment with three separated, closed bedrooms, a big living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms does not have window. The metro station is 3-minute walk. The apartment is directly opens to the street, but windows are not transparent, so it was OK for us. The facility is clean, but in the bathroom a block of the ceiling is a bit removed, some dirts came in.

Only one bathroom but we manage it well, there are positives ! I must add that it provides hot water continuously. It also spacious.

Některé věci byly nefunkční - rozložení sedacích souprav, TV v obývacím pokoji, ventilátor. Mravenci v pokoji.

Week-end parisien parfait entre copines

Spacieux appartement, lits confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée. Il est bien situé avec le centre commercial et le métro à proximité.
