Safe environment, easy to access the metro, close to a lot of shops and restaurants

The apartment is in a safe and convenient location in Nation, Paris, and has good potential. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. The main door was somewhat difficult to operate, and a note on the frame suggested handling it gently. The kitchen lacked basic items such as towels, and we noticed a minor leak under the sink. In the ensuite bathroom, a recurring tapping sound was noticeable. Additionally, the dining table and carpet could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, and no Wi-Fi instructions were provided, requiring some effort to connect. With attention to these details, the property could offer a much more comfortable stay.

Jeg likte leiligheten, den var som forventet fra bildene. Veldig fine baderom og rikelig med håndklær. Veldig rent. Bra med transport muligheter og mange butikker i nærheten. Vi satte stor pris på at vi fikk lov å forlate leiligheten kl.11 i stedet for 10.

Det største problemet var at det var veldig varmt inne og vi ikke kunne lufte to av soverommene siden vinduene mot stua kunne ikke åpnes. Dette var jeg ikke klar over da jeg booket. Lit for små soverom, sengen inntil vegg, dvs uten nattbord på en side. Mange skap med for det meste hyller og ikke mulig å henge kjoler. Det var også en del støy fra nabobygget som er under rehabilitering. Lit komplisert å hente/ levere nøkkelen til nøkkebloksen som er noen gater unna, men UBER sjåføren var grei nok å stoppet der på vei mot flyplassen.

All but the fact that half of the Appartment is actually a basement without windows or fresh air.

- Two bedrooms are without air and windows (there is one looking at the living room). Very claustrophobic! - Nobody mentioned a deposit of eur1500 which you learn about only at the last moment - when you do check-in (which you cannot finish until you pay and you are already in Paris) - We had a problem with pipes (dripping water) from the apartment above, we complained to the manager but the problem was not solved during our stay and it was unbearable sound all three nights
