Good location and well equipped
Water supply is very “hard” causing depositions in the shower heads, kettle etc. Not a property issue but requires a bit more attention to maintaining water related infrastructure.

The house and cottage layout is ideal for a holiday. The cottage overlooking the private swimming pool is perfect. Being within walking distance of the secluded beach is fantastic. Shops are less than a kilometer away from the house. Tourist attractions like the Southern Tip of Africa are close by. Indoor and outdoor braai and all the comforts of home.
