Five of us stayed in the apartment for 5 nights, and overall we were very satisfied with it. The apartment is huge, very well equipped, and has everything you might need. The location is also excellent — it is surrounded by restaurants and bars, and the seaside promenade is only a few minutes’ walk away. The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all of our questions, both on Booking and via WhatsApp. The apartment is also ideal for larger groups, and we especially appreciated that the kitchen and living room area are completely separated from the bedrooms, so people chatting or watching TV do not disturb those who are sleeping. The apartment itself is a bit worn and could benefit from some maintenance and light renovation, but overall it was still comfortable and offered great value for money. The only real negatives were related more to the building than to the apartment itself. The stairwell had an unbearable smell, which made entering and leaving the apartment quite unpleasant every time. In addition, the kebab restaurant operating on the ground floor had extractor vents blowing directly toward one of the bedrooms (where it would otherwise have been possible to dry wet clothes). The smell there was so strong that we could not even open the window, let alone hang clothes to dry, because everything immediately absorbed the burnt food smell. Other than these issues, the apartment is affordable, spacious, and very well equipped, so overall we would still wholeheartedly recommend it because of the excellent price-to-value ratio.

Immobile sito in condominio terribilmente sporco e fatiscente. All'interno dello stabile BLATTE, intonaco cadente e soprattutto terribile odore di fogna persistente, inoltre odori sgradevoli provenienti dall'esterno nelle camere da letto, dovuto agli infissi non ben sigilitti in quanto datati.
