Very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The hosts were super friendly and were easy to contact

Location and comfort of the apartment (practically built on several levels), although a bit steep and numerous stairs between every level.
Parking on the street OK, more difficult to find in the evening.
Tha apartment is not actually new - new, especially noticed in the bathrooms where there are some smaller functional and aesthetic disadvantages, but nothing to be concerned about.
However, tap water is not recommended to drink (due to higher chlorine level) and some welcoming bottle would be suggestion for the host.

The location of the property is very good. Very nice sea view from balcony. Close to ferries going to Blue lagoon, Comino and Gozo. Neatly maintained with all necessary amenities. Most important is the excellent host who always ensures to make the stay very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this property for those planning a vacation to Malta!

Proximity to sea and boat jetty. Roomy. Rooftop terrace. Balcony.
No hot water after 1st night. Water on floor in downstairs bathroom. Generator hum from bocci stadium across the street. I imagine the road would because lot busier if the construction wasn't going on.
Construction affected getting around Buggiba and to/from the house, and apparently this has been ongoing for over a year.
