Location excellent, amazing apartment high ceilings beautifully decorated and furnished. Views onto Piazza were stunning and it felt that we were in the heart of Lucca!
Lack of provisions e.g. milk, for a cup of tea on arrival would have been nice. Was not impressed with having to pay an extra €50 for the later than usual personal introduction which is not something I've seen before. Surely, a key lock box would have sufficed?

The apartment is beautiful! Very spacious and the location was perfect! It was very clean, and we had great communication through the agent before and during our stay. We have stayed in Lucca many times but this is by far the best we’ve stayed in.
Nothing we didn’t like.
