Dirty balcony unable to use the freezer as it was over frozen and not clean

Great location, short walk to the city centre and very secure.
Could of been cleaner, had to clean the furniture on the terrace so we could sit on it and the whole terrace could of done with a good clean, one of the cupboards in the kitchen had sugar split inside, I had the clean it, carpets in the bedrooms need cleaning and the rug in the living room hadn’t been vacuumed

The unit was large and clean....
The front door needed to be hip and shouldered to open... the kettle had a lot of scale on the bottom...the window in the hallway opposite the bathroom is broken and needs fixing .. the blinds near the high chair r broken and need fixing. Matresses are not comfortable and the main bedroom mattress needs replacing. It was not comfortable sleeping in double beds and them not being comfortable.
