​We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It completely matched the description and photos. ​The Apartment & Amenities ​The Kitchen: Modern and excellently equipped. It has a large fridge with a freezer, coffee makers for several types of coffee (we were provided with 3–4 flavors of Nespresso capsules), a stove with an extractor hood, and a kettle. All appliances are relatively new and well-maintained. It is also very well-equipped with dishes and utensils. ​Balconies: The apartment is on the ground floor but features two balconies with remote-controlled retractable sun awnings. You will realistically use the larger one, which has a table, chairs, and a clothes drying rack. This balcony faces the street, but luckily, for now, it is not a busy one. ​Bathroom & Beds: The bathroom is modern, with a roomy shower cabin and 24-hour hot water. We can confirm it works perfectly as it is heated by solar panels. The beds are a bit on the firmer side for our taste, but they are very spacious. ​Location & Surroundings ​The Neighborhood: The area where the building is located is still under construction, which has both pros and cons. On the plus side, it is slightly tucked away from the town center and is mostly quiet and peaceful (aside from occasional construction noise, mostly in the morning). On the downside, the road to the building is not yet paved, so your car will get dusty. Fortunately, there is a hose in the yard that you can use to wash your car whenever you need. I assume this will be resolved by next summer as the area is developing rapidly. ​Beach & Town: The sea (a natural, unorganized part of the coast) and the beach are very close—just a few minutes' walk (100–150m). The nearly finished promenade is also nearby, which leads to the town center and further along the coast (about 2km long for now). You can rent bicycles or electric scooters (with the first 10 minutes free), which make getting around town much faster.

We had a maisonette for 2 adults+ 1 teenager, was more than we needed: plenty of space, good quality of the building , the owner paid a lot of attention to details, equiped with all we need.Nikos, the owner, was always ready to help and give us a lot of info about places to eat, etc. Thank you, Nikos!!!

We didn't like few things which are related to the location and beach: the area is under construction, is a lot of dust and noise in the morning. Not far away there was a house under construction and every morning, at 7:00, someone would start banging.The access roads to the property are not paved, so there is a lot of dust. We did not use the lovely terrace of the property because it was impossible to sit outside when a car was passing by.The beach is pebbled and the entrance to the water is rocky, it is impossible without proper slippers, but even so it is very unpleasant. That's why we decided to go to the beach at Nea Plagia, which was ok.

The apartment is new and has everything you need. It is close to the beach and located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. The owner is very nice and helped us with everything we needed — from check-in to giving great local tips. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The only downside was the road leading to the apartment — it's unpaved and a bit difficult to walk, especially if you're using a stroller with a small child. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachside getaway.

The hosts were very friendly and always willing to help. We stayed in a modern, newly built two-floor apartment with two bedrooms and two terraces. The place was very clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed — including water in the fridge and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the apartment featured air conditioning and mosquito nets. In the middle of our stay, the host came by to change the towels, which we really appreciated. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, with sun beds and a beachside restaurant available. Before we left, the host surprised us with small souvenirs — a very thoughtful gesture!
