Le balcon, la cuisine équipé, la Clim, la distance de la plage et la place de parking en bas de la résidence
Le pommeau de douche et le flexible est à changer Et les volet roulent ne fonctionnais pas mais ils on quand même fait le nécessaire pour que l’on puisse profiter correctement du séjour

Emplacement à proximité de la belle plage de la Ciotat, proche de nombreux commerces, cafés & restaurants. Appartement très lumineux et bien équipé avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée, avec des places de parking à l"extérieur face au logement. Quartier très calme, sécurisé & fort agréable.
- Malgré les recommandations données dès notre arrivée, le robinet de la salle de bains présentait déjà une défaillance flagrante. La réparation aurait dûe être programmée dès lors que ce bien avait été loué ! - Pression eau salle de bains vraiment trop faible !
