This charming one-bedroom apartment, located in the Clos des Plages neighborhood, is just 200 meters from the sandy beaches! Private parking with security is available. Reversible air conditioning will be installed from the end of April 2026. Linens and towels are available as an option.

You can park your vehicles inside the residence in the available parking spaces or in the private parking spaces located in front of the residence (the parking spaces are secure; no one else is allowed to park there).

This apartment has a kitchen with an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine, a cutting board... everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your vacation!

Located near La Ciotat's Lumière beach, this is one of the resort's four main family beaches. Situated east of the town center, near the Henri-Langlois esplanade and opposite the Allée des Lumières, this sandy beach has a lifeguard station open during the summer and an access ramp for people with reduced mobility.
This beach is very popular with families with children because the gentle slope makes it easy to access. Swimming. Tourist attractions are also located on the esplanade.
