Luxury Oceanfront Vacation Home in Cocoa Beach 5 Bedrooms, Game Room & Direct Beach Access

The property is beautiful, well decorated, and in the perfect location. A ton of beach toys, wagons, chairs, and boogie boards provided. Two refrigerators and two sets of washers and dryers available for use. Ample parking. Lots of places to plug electronic items in, especially in the dining room. Tons of bathrooms and a huge closet in the master suite on the third floor.

We were provided the incorrect code upon arrival and sat outside for a bit waiting to hear from the host. She was really kind and apologetic but after a 16 hour drive it was nerve wracking to wonder what we were going to do if she never got back to us. Thankfully she did. We also found ourselves in the middle of a neighborhood war. Apparently the neighbors on either side of the house don't get along and one house egged the other houses with frozen eggs. Our car and the house itself was caught in the crossfire. The host didn't get any of my messages until the next day (perhaps an issue with booking.com?) and assured me this has never happened before but it was quite an uncomfortable situation to be stuck in, especially on vacation. The other things we noticed but wasn't a deal breaker was a few items broken or not stocked. There were no towels in the master bath but I was able to search and borrow from other bathrooms. The soap dispensers were broken in two of the restrooms and a knob is missing from a drawer in two of the bathrooms, as well. The toilet paper holder is coming off the wall in the master bath, as well. The only other thing we didn't love was how slick the ramp going into the garage and the garage floor itself is when wet. Proceed with caution. Two of us slipped and fell while coming down. No Injuries fortunately but be careful! Overall, we would stay here again. The good significantly outweighed the bad.

Location is beautiful, right in front of the beach with private access and the house is well appointed and decorated. There were many different beach toys to use, like boards, chairs and umbrellas.

The internet stoped working after a storm in the second day and did not return. The umbrelas were not workin properly.

Marie (our host) was beyond reproach!!! We received “white glove” service for every need and question that arose.. Private beach access was a major advantage.. short walk from house was chefs kiss

Outside shower hot water was not functioning, and water pressure in showers was weak..
