Beautiful and spacious. Quick connection to city center

An extremely spacious appartment, perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4, very clean, well equipped, flawless wifi connection. The M1 metro line is right next to the building with 30-45 mins to city center (Notre Dame & Champs Elysees for reference). Plenty of bakeries right downstairs. A couple of supermarkets and several restaurants in walking distance. Excellent communication with our host. Plenty of public paid street parking spots (which are free during night time)

Worth considering that the appartment is on the top floor with no elevator in case you are travelling with large luggage

Lovely area. Nice restaurants, cafes and bakeries right at your doorstep. Apartment lovely. Very modern.

Missing a few bits and pieces. Needs dishwasher cleaners fluid. The dishes and glasses are not 100 clean without it Stinks a bit in the bathroom. The pipes need cleaning or something.

Sifflement limite agaçant près du radiateur, au fonds du salon. Supportable pour 1 WE mais pourrait poser problème si séjour plus long. Canapé salon, un peu juste pour 4 personnes. Même remarque : ok pour un we mais pourrait poser problème si séjour plus long. Mode de réservation du parking pourrait être amélioré.

Très bonne situation pour visiter Paris et se retrouver "chez soi" le soir.

Très bel appartement , bien équipé et agréable. Tous commerces et restaurants a proximité. Métro juste en face. Place parking.

Cela n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais 4éme étage sans ascenseur et chambres en enfilade.

הדירה בקומה רביעית ללא מעלית, דבר שהקשה עלינו את השהייה בייחוד שהייתי עם זוג הורים מבוגרים. יש שני חדרי שינה אך על יש לעבור דרך חדר אחד על מנת להיכנס לחדר השני וגם כדי להגיע למקלחת. למשפחה עם ילדים זה בסדר אבל ל2 זוגות זה קצת פחות נוח. היה עוזר אם היה עוד סט של מפתחות לדירה כי היינו 2 זוגות ועם מפתח אחד היינו תלויים אחד בשני

Kaputtes Oberlicht vor appartmenttür. Dadurch lief Regenwasser in die wohnung. Sehr kleines WC ohne Fenster. Amoniakgeruch im Bad, Besteck teilweise schmutzig.

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento molto grande e luminoso, letto comodo, cucina attrezzata, esattamente come da foto, condizionatori in tutte le stanze molto silenziosi, linea 1 della metro proprio sotto l'appartamento e zona servita da tutto ciò che serve per mangiare. Gli host molto gentili e disponibili per le necessità. Sono stati 10 giorni bellissimi.

Purtroppo non ha l'ascensore e 4 piani di scale dopo una giornata di visite a Parigi sono faticose. Ma questa è un'opinione personale
