The apartment is pleasant, well located, and comfortable. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially after the refund was processed. The neighborhood is convenient and enjoyable.

There was a hot water issue during the stay. While it was not a major problem for us in practice and was compensated afterward through Booking, it is still an important point that should be improved. In addition, the policy regarding the second bed / sofa bed lacks clarity. Although the apartment is advertised for two guests, using the second sleeping option may incur additional charges. This should be explained more clearly to avoid any confusion. Overall, a good place to stay, provided these aspects are better anticipated.

Établissement très propre et bien équipé, avec une cuisine très spacieuse. L’étage est agréable, bonne température dans l’appartement pour un séjour en plein hiver. Le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, à proximité d’un petit parc et du canal. Un Carrefour Express se trouve juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel est réactif et disponible par message.

Trop de lumières qui passe à travers les rideaux surtout au niveau de la fenêtre du lit qui mène vers l’entrée ce qui peut être dérangeant pendant le sommeil.

Immobile ben ristrutturato in buona posizione, defilata dal traffico e prossima al centro città. Ben collegata, soprattutto con la prossima apertura della M4.
