Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Sie liegt im 2. Stock dieser Residenz. Der Ausblick auf den See entspricht genau dem Foto und ist ein Traum.
Marco war unser Ansprechpartner und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns in der Wohnung alles genau erklärt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super und Marco hat schnell geantwortet. Marco spricht sehr gut Englisch!
Leider wird die Lage durch den Geräuschpegel der Umgebung getrübt. Wir sind es gewohnt eher in ruhigen Gegenden Urlaub zu machen. Die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge hat man doch noch ziemlich laut gehört, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
Die Pizzeria gegenüber wandelt sich bei schönem Wetter in einen Hot-Spot mit Lounge-Musik und deshalb ist es auch entsprechend laut - auch bis in die Nacht hinein.
Parkplätze sind rar, vor Allem wenn die Pizzeria gut besucht ist.

Locația este frumoasă, priveliștea exact ca în poze. Apartamentul este echipat cu tot ce este necesar. Am găsit loc de parcare la orice oră.

Amazing location with a beautiful view, all pictures are accurate, good restaurant across the street, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, lots of space, safe area, washer available, AC in all bedrooms and living room, great communication and quick check in to collect keys, this apartment is perfect for a true vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Die vielen Empfehlungen, die uns Marco gegeben hat, haben wir geschätzt. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer war grandios, die Wohnung großzügig mit geschmackvollen Details eingerichtet. Balkone auf allen Seiten. Gut eingerichtete Küche, sogar Gewürze, Essig und Olivenöl. Verschiddene kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie hübsch arrangierte Badutensilien. Weil direkt an Durgangsstrasse gelegen und gerade Baustelle vor dem Haus tagsüber lärmig.
Kochtopfgrösse für 6 Personen zu klein (Pasta). Kein Wasserkrug. Wurden aber nach unserer Rückmeldung sofort ergänzt!👍
