Swimming pool, staff

Staff were amazing and so good with the children, very accommodating. Most areas were very clean. The food was good. Lovely location.
There are areas that need renovating. There were a number of broken tiles around the pools that posed a hazard. Some of the areas on the children’s water slides were not working and one slide was closed for the entirety of our stay. At times the staff in East seemed stressed and a little distracted. But overall they were amazing.

Fabulous pool
Limited all inclusive drinks and beers, and buffet.

Huge pools, lovely resort, friendly staff, beautiful rooms
They were at maximum capacity and they were understaffed. The buffet area isn’t big enough when at full capacity, there was a queue for tables for evening dinner. The pool bar was very slow again because of the volume of customers. The staff were doing an amazing job, just not enough of them.
