Location and view was excellent and all alleys designed by different in the all of UAE resorts and i yhink i am walking in heart of Europe.
Time of swimming pool should be till 9 Pm.

This place is nothing short of a slice of heaven on earth . Absolutely recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy a couple of days and really de- stress . Everything and everyone was wonderful 10000/10 to their hospitality and big thanks to Mr Amer at the reception for selecting the best room with the most beautiful lagoon view . I would definitely come back with family and friends . We’d also like to thanks all those who work from buggies , they were all so helpful and friendly despite working in these very high temperatures!
We would have preferred to have been introduced to more of the available water sports and activities held at the resort , we didn’t know there was a water park for kids ( outdoor slide ) .
We have watched the World Cup matches on the outdoor area of the bar and the fan/ac situation was making it unbearable to sit outside , it is understandable the weather is hot but I’m sure something can be done about it

The concept of the place is really nice and there are multiple options for swimming and other activities
The golf cart took long time to reach to us abd pick us up as it's the only way of transporting in the resort i had very unpleasant experience with it

Location, beach
Food, and waiting time, old and not maintained spa, food is less good than at rotana ever, management was not cooperative.
