The value of rooms

My experience at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a team that was warm, gracious, and genuinely attentive. The level of customer service was outstanding and reflected the true meaning of hospitality. I was particularly touched by the thoughtful gesture of receiving a complimentary bowl of fresh fruits and a beautiful selection of delicious Arabic sweets. It was such a generous and unexpected touch that genuinely exceeded my expectations. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the attentive service, made our stay feel special and memorable. One area that I feel could be improved is the waiting arrangement at the restaurant. There is currently no dedicated seating or waiting area for guests who are waiting for a table, which can be quite challenging, particularly for elderly guests or those with knee or mobility issues. Standing in a queue for an extended period can be uncomfortable and intimidating, especially when there is no one available to assist or offer a seat while waiting. A small, comfortable waiting area, together with staff assistance for elderly or mobility-challenged guests, would make a meaningful difference. I believe this would be a wonderful improvement and would further enhance the already excellent level of hospitality and customer service.

there were cockroaches and mosquitoes hotel needs pest services and deep cleaning staff are not quick frequent reminders to be done to get something at the end of the stay kept waiting for someone to come and pick luggage but no one turned up
