The property was in a perfect location....on the water, but set back from the ocean. Quiet and serene....Just what is needed after a long day of fishing in Warrenton.

The kitchen needed some attention. Oven was filthy and needed a really good clean. The dehumidifiers all around the house did not seem to be working, keeping the humidity quite high. Property was built in 1964 and appears to have not been remodeled since which is not necessarily a bad thing.
