It was rewarding to see the joy of our grandsons' excitement over ALL of the FUN activities provided in this home. The pool table was a hit with all 4 generations of our family! There was plenty of sleeping spaces for all of us here. The kitchen was well equipped & had enough space to work in. The many windows held great ocean & sunset views. This home is on a very quiet street, with very few vehicles passing by
The host is great to respond quickly & very easy to work with!

OK. Issues;
Upstairs bathroom should not have a bed. When large group uses bed, then using bath is uncomfortable.
Windows have no screens.
Upstairs windows open at floor height. Extremely dangerous with children. Need guards.
Upstairs needs a stair gate for children.
Retractable outside hose does not work.
No large pot for cooking sea food.
TV in main area up too high and heavy window lite make tv watching a poor experience.
Having to put codes in for Rv watching is a pain. Get ROCU.
Front gravel yard is unsightly.
Beds should be better quality. Not foam. Sheets 100% cotton. Black poly is poor sleeping experience. Beds should be the same size with interchangeable white 100% cotten lines.
Battery side lights in black bedroom poor. One did not work.
Fan in up stairs bedroom way too low. Dangerous. Remove.
Pipe stairs up to cubby are painful to climb and dangerous for most. Ship type ladder with flat wood treads better.
While counter tops in kitchen were a personal touch, very difficult to work with. Quartz!
Place has a lot of potential but drops the ball on details. For three days we paid $2500. We would expect the details to be worked out. Thx

Just spent a few days relaxing at this beautiful home. Great girlfriend time. House had all the amenities we could ask for. Rain head showers were divine. A small group of deer grazed in the front yard. The boardwalk path to the beach was like walking into a postcard. The town was buzzing for "Pirate days". Thanks for the chance to relax and recharge.
