Location was beautiful and scenic, quiet and close to Blue Lake, which was what we needed.
You have to be aware that while there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower and the shower room is very small.

Der Ausblick war toll, man war mitten im Grün. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und gemütlich, die Lage im der Nähe des Sees und Rotorua prima.
Abends, in der Nacht und Morgens war es ziemlich kalt.

Great stay and had everything our family needed. Shower pressure was great. Lots of natural lighting, fireplace already setup, well equiped with beautiful views. 2min drive to the beautiful lake for Less than 10min drive to shops/ main road and about 15min drive back to town.
Maybe a good exterior clean of the windows

Our family loved spending time there. The whole property is so lovely, amazing view and so much space 😊 we have already booked another holiday home with them.
