About this house rental
Newly remodeled. Hot tub with amazing view. New to VRBO but have excellent reviews on other sites.
Magnificent mountain home is perfectly sized for your entire group to gather, yet still gives everyone the privacy they need. Nearly 3,000 sq ft to welcome you to the perfect vacation spot! The house has 3 decks w/ magnificent 360-degree views that are absolutely breathtaking. The open concept floor plan allows views from every room. The home has 4 bedrooms & 4 full baths which can accommodate 10 guests & is well equipped including Smart TVs w Roku.
The space:
There is a master suite, junior suite, family suite, and another bedroom with queen bed. All beds have high thread-count linens and comfortable pillows. The bathrooms have toiletries and plush towels. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs.
An outdoor camera is on home for owner and guest safety but no cameras are located within the home.
The Area:
Three lakes lodge is located within minutes of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, Lake Granby, three golf courses and the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, where you may encounter wildlife such as moose, big horn sheep and elk herds. Within the park and the surrounding areas are breathtaking hikes for the summer and snowshoeing in the winter.
You can hike, bike, boat, fish, golf, ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, or just come "home" and kick your feet up and enjoy the amazing views. Dining and shopping in Historic Grand Lake Village is just down the hill about 3 miles away.
There is a marina just minutes away with boat rentals available. In the winter months, there are over 100 miles of groomed snowmobile trails to be explored and incredible Colorado skiing. Granby Ranch skiing is only twenty minutes away and Winter Park Ski Resort (Colorado’s playground) is only forty minutes away.
There are many ice fishing tournaments in the area throughout the winter season and the lakes are stocked with fish including trout and salmon.
Guest access:
Entire house is yours with the exception of the owner’s closets. You are free to use the garage, as well, however please clean up after yourself so it is left clean for future guests. There is an access code which will be provided to enter the house. You can enter via the garage or lower level entry which may be easier in the winter.
Other things to note:
During the winter and mud months, please use 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles. The roads up to the house are somewhat steep and often snow and ice packed, even if cleared by a plow.
Some GPS systems take you a back way or have difficulty finding our house. From the main road (Hwy 34) turn at the Timberline Inn (city road 4650). The road will curve left and then take a right on 4652 and then a left on 463. 463 will take you up the hill. You can't see the house very well until you get to the driveway which will be on the left just past a large rock.
A rental agreement will be required once your booking is confirmed to finalize your reservation.

i highly recommend staying here! the home and THE VIEW are stunning! the place was so clean and welcoming. the owner is very kind and responsive! and you can tell she truly cares about your stay. i think the location to grand view is perfect too, far enough away but a breeze to get into town. i cannot wait to return! :)

The property is at the top of a hill overlooking Shadow Lake, with great views of the lake and mountains. All amenities were well stocked.
