Located just 10 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, and only a short 5-minute drive to the heart of Grand Lake, this expansive home is the ultimate year-round retreat for families, adventurers, and wildlife enthusiasts alike. With room for everyone to relax and spread out, this multi-level home offers comfort, space, and stunning mountain views from nearly every window.
On the entry level, you'll find a cozy living area, a full bathroom, and the perfect bunk room for kids or larger groups—featuring three bunk beds (two twin-over-queen and one twin-over-twin) and plenty of space to unwind.
Head upstairs to the main level, where a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area welcomes you in. Vaulted ceilings, a grand stone gas fireplace, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains create the perfect gathering space. This level also includes two private bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a full bathroom just outside the door, and a serene primary suite with a queen bed, attached private bath, and a gas fireplace for those crisp Colorado nights.
The top level features a fun and cozy loft lounge—complete with comfy couches, a TV, and an impressive movie collection—sure to be a favorite hangout for the kids. Just off the loft, you’ll find a fourth private bedroom with an attached balcony for morning coffee or evening stargazing, and a bathroom conveniently located just outside the door.

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Overall the house is perfect! The location is perfect, close to town and easy access to the lakes. The size was perfect for our group, lots of gathering space to spend time together. The beds are very uncomfortable and the water pressure for the showers are disappointing. Otherwise good place to stay!

This house was very nice. It was big enough for our group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room. It is located about 3 minutes from downtown Grand Lake, which is a very nice town with plenty of restaurants and shops. It is about 5 minutes from the west park entrance. It was about a 1.5 hour drive to the Bear Lake hiking area and Estes Park. The house itself was very nice with plenty of room. The sunset views from the great room and back deck were amazing. We did have an issue with the dishwasher during our stay. Management was very good at communicating with us. Overall, this is a great house, and we would stay again.

The property was perfect for our needs and our family stay. Location was perfect and beautiful scenery.
I did have a little higher expectations for things needing attention. Many screens were torn primarily on patio doors, many light bulbs were out, the wall going from the bottom floor to the main floor was very dirty, the ceiling fan on the basement floor bedroom was broken and didn't work. The couch had a tear in the middle cushion. These are kind of little things, but if I'm going to be held accountable for any damages, I would hope these items would get repaired before the next person so he doesn't feel in secure about the damage deposit like I did.
Otherwise, the comfort and stay was great.
