Our party of 4 adults visited Breck for a ski vacation. Location was perfect within walking distance of downtown. Free bus service in front of our location was a bonus. Very clean and homey condo- would definitely recommend!!

We had a great time staying here for the 4th of July weekend. The unit was located close to the gondola (had a tunnel to cross the road) and close to downtown. It was clean and spacious. you do hear road noise if the window is open but has a nice view of the mountains.

LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS LOCATION! CONDO WAS WARM AND COMFORTABLE, LOCATION WAS PERFECT, WE LITERALLY COULD SKI RIGHT BACK HOME AT THE END OF THE DAY. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE GONDOLA AND ALL DOWNTOWN BRECK ACTIVITIES. GARAGE PARKING WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED AFTER A FOOT OF SNOW ARRIVED. WOULD COME BACK AND STAY HERE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!

We had a Great time staying at this property! The place itself was very clean and had everything that we needed! The beds were so Comforable! The views were outstanding! We have stayed in Breckenridge many times in the past with out whole family of 11 and have never been disappointed! This visit there were only 3 of us and we didn't need a big place!
The management team were always ready to answer our questions or give advice! They made sure that if there was anything that we needed to contact them! Easy to find were to pick up our keys and check out so simply!
We can't thank you enough for making our time so great that we could enjoy the town!
We will be back and if anyone is looking for a good place to stay with a small group - this would be your place!
