Breckenridge Ski Resort is just over a mile away, home to five different peaks, lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa. In summer, enjoy four-wheel tours, mountain biking, and scenic walks on the Burro Trail, which passes through meadows and forest on its way to the Spruce Creek Trail. This is also a fantastic setting for day trips, with Keystone Resort (15 miles) and Copper Mountain Resort (16 miles) close by.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

For the price this unit was great. The location is great. The traffic noise is loud which was annoying at times. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. Could use more dishes and silverware but we made due with what they had.

Great location, garage, hot tub, and fireplace. The beds were a little small in the one bedroom but everything else was great!

Most homes in Breck don't need air conditioning because opening the windows is enough to keep cool in the summer. This property requires most windows to be open to keep a comfortable temperature due to in floor heating that never completely turns off. This would be fine except that it's within 10 yards of a busy street on two sides. It was difficult to sleep with constant road noise well into the early hours of the morning. In the winter when windows are closed, the location and garage make this a great option. But be cautious if you're visiting in the summer and would like a good night's sleep.
