About this apartment rental
The apartment includes:
an entrance,
a living room with a dining table for 4 persons, a large buffet, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and internet/wifi,
an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hotplate, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook (cutlery, utensils, etc.),
a 1st bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm, a closet, a chest of drawers and a desk,
a 2nd bedroom with a single bed of 80 x 200 cm, with a closet and a desk,
a shower room with a washbasin and a cupboard, a hair dryer and a towel dryer,
a separate toilet.
The apartment also includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
We provide the household linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) and the beds are made on your arrival.
Extra fees :
Late arrivals, supplements apply:
30€ between 8pm and 10pm,
50€ between 10pm and 11pm,
80€ after 11pm.
Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.
Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.
Sundays and public holidays:
If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.
Cleaning:
The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks.
If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance.
Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.

A little bit of history:
The word Cayra, Caria or Queyries has been used since the Middle Ages to refer to the vast marshland that stretched out at the foot of the hillsides of Cenon and Lormont, made up of alluvial deposits, planted with oseraies and then with vines from the 14th century onwards. At the time of the construction of the bridge, there were still only country estates.
At the beginning of the 21st century, the area bordered by the Quai des Queyries was completely redeveloped around a botanical garden and a promenade along the banks of the Garonne.
