From the moment you walk inside, you will take notice of the living room's leather sofa and large smart TV. Down the hallway, you'll find the well-equipped kitchen, displaying a full suite of appliances and ample counter space for all of your culinary pursuits! Delicious meals with your loved ones are best enjoyed at the circular dining table.
Equally inviting, the bedrooms boast personal TVs, high-quality linens, and central air. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the sunny seating area. A private washer/dryer and gas grill round out the stellar list of amenities.
Make time to visit Perdido Key State Park, Flora-Bama, the Pensacola Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, and Goofy Golf of Pensacola during your stay.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and accessories anyone could want. The most fabulous coffee maker ( I think I will buy one like it for my own house ) Everything was beautiful and clean. The only complaint was that the Murphy bed was broken so we had to share beds. Checking in was easy.

Pros: very quiet neighborhood next to the woods, clean house, cute furniture, fast wifi, functional smart TVs
Cons: sagging mattresses (although new, these are too soft), sheer see through curtains (let’s in a lot of light in the mornings and can easily wake you up).
Other than these two things, we had a great experience and would be happy to return!
