This retreat is conveniently located three miles away from Perdido Key Beach and Big Lagoon State Park. If you brought your boat along, Galvez Landing is a half mile away. Enjoy a tranquil evening in your enclosed backyard featuring a gas grill, an extensive patio with several seating options, and a seating area with a firepit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare mouth-watering homemade meals, while the private washer/dryer ensures you can stay comfortable during your extended stay. The living room and dining area are simply unique with hand-carved teak furniture. Spread out comfortably on the recliners in the living area and watch a favorite show on the TV with surround sound with subwoofers. There is an electric fireplace available for the winter months. Enjoy board games for additional fun, while a Pack 'N Play is provided for the little ones. A workspace is perfect for remote work and distance learning. This darling property also has central AC to keep you cool in the summer months and a Germ Guardian portable air purifier.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
